The Wisdom of Presence
I believe much of what we seek is not found by doing more, but by becoming quiet enough to receive what is already here.
Horses live naturally in this place. They listen beneath words to breath, energy, intention and what is true in the present moment.
In their presence, we are invited out of the noise of the mind and back into relationship with ourselves. Nothing needs to be performed. Nothing needs to be fixed or forced.
We simply begun by being here.
The Wisdom of the horse
I believe horses carry an ancient intelligence, one that does not need words to know what is true.
They feel places where we are open and places where we protect. They respond not to who we say we are, but to what we are actually bringing into the moment.
This is part of their medicine.
The horse does not need to analyze our story to meet us within it. Through relationship, they invite us beneath the layers we have accumulated - the striving, the vigilance, the roles, the need to understand and toward something more essential.
For me, horses are not a tool for healing. The horse is a being in relationship with us - one whose presence can remind us of the intelligence, sensitivity and truth that already live within us.
The Space between

I listen to what is moving beneath words.
My work is intuitive and relational - attuning to the horse, the human and the subtle space between them.
Sometimes what arises is quiet. Sometimes it is emotional, energetic or deeply spiritual. I do not enter with an agenda for what needs to happen.
I listen. I witness. I translate what I sense when it is meant to be shared.
The horses remain themselves. You remain yourself.
And together, we allow the experience to reveal what is ready to be seen.

What People Have Experienced
I have worked with Natasha for about six months now. She created custom experiences for me around my current struggles. My life has evolved so quickly. I went from being the Timid People Pleaser to feeling like a Goddess. I am in awe of Natasha‘s intuitive knowing.
Marriage crumbling, feeling stuck in an endless circle of routine going nowhere. I was ready for change but no idea how or where to begin. Natasha and I crossed paths. As a child, I learned to be obedient. Living role after role sacrificing my truth. Losing myself day after day year after year. I was a prisoner in my own body. I was empty, drained, exhausted, resentful, angry. My rage erupted and I knew I reached my limit. I came across Natasha. At the beginning, I felt myself resisting nothing happening. I wanted to give up, but knew going back to the way I have been living was not an option. With Natasha’s support she guided me to surrender. Once I let go I bloomed. Natasha‘s process was a supportive a gentle push. I am learning to set boundaries and communicate my truth. Taking charge of My Life.
After leaving a long-term relationship, I came into my sensuality. I signed up for pole dancing. My body was tense I could not get out of my head and enjoy myself. I contacted Natasha to create a Flower Essence blend to help me recognize the shadow within. As I worked through it with her I am discovering my body and the path to my own sensuality.
