Horses are remarkably perceptive beings. They respond not simply to what we do, but to how we arrive - our body language, our intentions, and our capacity to be present.
Whether I am sitting quietly with a horse learning to trust again or guiding a person toward deeper self-awareness, my approach remains the same.
I listen before acting. I honor boundaries. I allow trust to develop without expectation or force.
Because true connection cannot be demanded. It must be given space to happen.

Creator and Founder of Presence & Horses
For years, I created spaces for transformation through ceremony, energy work, plant medicine, mentorship, travel, and intimate gatherings.
And then came the horses.
Through them, presence became something I no longer sought, but learned to embody. They invited me into deeper relationship stillness, trust, and the wisdom of the natural world.
What began as a personal journey became a calling: to honor the relationship between horses and humans, and the profound possibilities that emerge when we meet one another without expectation or force.
Today, I bring together years of lived experience, intuitive awareness, and a relationship-first approach to supporting both horses and humans.
At the heart of everything I offer is a simple belief: every being deserves to be seen, heard, and met with presence.
Meet my herd
Two to Tango and Starfire Mist
When Tango came into my life, she was consumed by fear. Anxious, hypervigilant, and unable to trust, she had learned to protect herself from the world as a broodmare.
I didn’t try to change her. I simply showed up, every day, with patience, presence, and love. I sat with her fears, honored her boundaries, and asked for nothing in return. Slowly, she began to feel safe enough to let me in.
Then I discovered that Starfire, her lifelong companion through years as broodmares, was being sent away to another breeder. I couldn’t leave her behind. I brought her home, reuniting two souls who had spent their lives together.
Tango taught me the power of presence. Starfire taught me the importance of honoring a bond. Together, they gave birth to Presence & Horses.
What began as my desire to give them a better life became a calling to offer other horses the same gift: to be seen, understood, and loved for who they are.
